Dance Dance 2 for Wii question
Good morning all! I was wondering if anyone had a good estimate of calories burned during the sweat mode on Dance Dance 2? I read that it is roughtly 15-18 calories per song if you really try (and I realize it is different for everyone). Would this estimate be about correct?
