I am a 43 male in Arizona. 22% bodyfat and want to be closer to 10%. Looking for someone to talk to on a regular basis for guidance. Guidance to me is motivating because it allows me to focus. Interested in a male or female who has accomplished their mind/body goals!

eating the 'right' foods and the 'right' amounts
I am a 41m, 230 lbs, 19% body fat. I have eaten 1500 cals a day and also 3000. I have eaten 100g of protein a day and also 225g. I lift 3x / week for 45-60 min and do 60-90 min of cardio 2x / week. Supplements for weight loss - success or is it all diet?
Any big built lean guys ever take supplements for fat burning? Any successes? Or will a solid clean diet take care of it? I understand the importance of protein in building and maintaining muscle but what about the fat loss? Thanks
