As the title states im new to exercising and leading healthy life. I am overweight and way out of shape. What is the best way to start a exercise plan for someone so out of shape that syretching makes me exhausted.

second week could use some motivation and guidance
So my name is Danny and I have been at this diet and exercise thing for about 2 weeks. I am 29 years old and a father of 2. I am extremely overweight and my wife and kids are the main reason i want to be healthy. I have a lot of work to do and would appreciate any support because I dont have many friends in my new city.
