I have been exercising for 4 weeks now! I have only been using the elliptical from 30-40 minutes somewhere between level 1 and level 5. When to weigh food
Do you weigh your food before or after you cook it to get the appropriate amount for tracking? Or does it make a difference?

Headaches!!!!!!!!!!
Do you get them? What was the most effective way to get rid of them? I missed work yesterday with a raging headache and it's still here today. I tried increasing my calorie intake, made sure I was drinking a lot of water in case it was dehydration... seriously at the end of my rope right now. Help please - anyone!!!!
