What is your Favorite Running App?
I am thinking abut making a switch from Nike+ to a new running app. I've been looking at Runtastic and MapMyRun. I am looking for an app that can actually track my heart rate while I run. Any thoughts? Share your your favorite app and why? Thx!

Stairs vs Leg Training
I do about 10 - 15 flights of stairs daily. I also walk on the treadmill on a incline for about 10 - 15 minutes about 3-4 days a week on top of my cardio or weight training. (I workout 5-6 days a week) Is extra Leg Training necessary? or is this suffucient? Please chime in on this topic. Thanks!
