1200 Cal??
Am I supposed to eat strictly 1200 calories? Or am I supposed to eat 1200 Cal and the extra calories that I earn from exercise? Ie) 1200 cal alloted to me daily + 700 calories I burned off from my cardio workout? Should I be eating 1900 calories that day or still just 1200 calories? I'm grasping at straws now, I have to be…

Water retention
Does anyone know what a normal amount of water retention is say POST WORKOUT??? My body is notorious for retaining water normally but post work out it's ridiculous. I have gained 10 pounds. Could it all be water weight???

I started running in November 2009 and it took 6 months before I lost any weight.
