I am having difficulties counting calories in meals that I make at home. For example tonight I am making chili...how do I know how many calories are in the cup that I am eating. I put several different thing in the chili and do not know how much of each I am eating? Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?
I need help/guidance about this whole target heart rate. It is my understanding that I need to be at my target heart rate while exercising in order to lose the most calories for weight loss. When I am in my target heart rate I feel like I am being lazy! What is everyone else doing! I would love your thoughts!
