Does the neck fat go away?
I'm currently 177, something like that anyway, and my neck is just HORRIBLE!:sad: I started at 201 even and I've lost a load of pounds, but it feels like my neck is just getting bigger? The question here is: Does neck fat go away along the journey? This information is HIGHLY ESSENTIAL! Thanks!:happy: -Jessica

Wondering what your ideal weight should be?
I've bounced back from 130 to 150, I don't know which, but this site http://pediatrics.about.com/cs/growthcharts2/l/bl_ibw_calc.htm Told me what to aim for. Maybe this site can help you figure out what to aim for. I'm 5'4, 178.6lbs, and my aim is 147, (according to the site) Thanks. :)
