Before and After pictures 30lbs?
I would love to see pictures of anyone who has lost 30 pounds. I am down 12 pounds and I don't see a difference and no one else does I am afraid of losing the weight and no one noticing. Does anyone have before and after pictures? I would love to see them! I am 5'6 and 174 right now/
