Hi all, im after a bit of advice! I'm reasonably fit and toned (half way through insanity for the second time), however i have to take 6 weeks off high intensity exercise (no running/jogging/upper body work), therefore i was wondering wondering how much of my fitness im likely to lose? im currently in week 2 and finding it ok (dont get me wrong its hard work but manageable)..would love to hear from anyone who' s doing it too and chat about workouts/ foods/ motivation etc
