Sugar Alcohol
Looking a Trident gum, says 1 stick has no sugar and 1g sugar alcohol....not that 1g is a lot, but brings up the question, is, for dieting purposes, sugar alcohol the same thing effectively, ie, same as sugar or something you want to eliminate?
