Going from fat to fit!
I was just wondering if I want to go from being overweight to being toned and having muscle definition, do I have to focus on the process in two stages (i.e. stage 1 weigh loss, stage 2, muscle building) or can I do both at the same time? Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks.

Best fitness classes for weight loss
So I need to lose 28lbs to reach my target weight and I wondered whether I should be focusing more on Body Pump classes (more concentrated on weights) or on Spinning classes? I can't choose to do both in equal measure as they're always on at the same time at my gym! Thanks x

Porridge for breakfast
MFP tells me that one instant sachet of Oatsosimple porridge oats has 1,539 carbs when my daily carb intake should aim to be only 128!!!! I thought porridge for breakfast was healthy and a great source of energy!? Confused :S Can anyone explain this? As I have porridge for breakfast every day without fail this worries me.…

Am I eating too much to lose weight?
So I'm worried that I'm eating too much to lose weight! I am aiming to eat a healthy total of 1200 kcal a day. But for instance today I have eaten 1500kcal and have burnt off 500kcal in the gym. Is that an acceptable weight loss method or should I be restricting my intake to 1200 irrespective of exercise? Thanks! :)
