new here. two weeks post-op after gastric sleeve
Hello. I just had gastric sleeve surgery 2 weeks ago. I am looking fir a tool to help me keep track of my diet and exercise. Anyone else had weight loss surgery and would like to share any tips with me, they would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
