Staying under my daily Sugar allotment
Hi, I am struggling with the amount of sugar I am allowed each day. I am usually over by 30-40grams; I know that a lot of it is from my fruit intake. I need tips, advice and recipes PLEASE HELP ME!!

Does anyone know the best way to track strength training? I feel like there should be a way to track these calories as well. Please help!! I want to get credit for this and not only my cardio. Thanks!
