Hello - I've been on MFP awhile now but just found these boards!! I'm trying to stay motivated with runkeeper and Fitbit as well. Fitbit seems easy to build your community but runkeeper not so much. If anyone wants to friend up on runkeeper just for encouragement etc please chime in!
I used to think the scale would not show a loss after a run/workout. But last week when I ran almost four miles there was a one pound loss from before the run.
