I'm afraid I will have to be on diet all my life.
I am on and off diets , by diet I mean eat 1200 kcl a day , exercise every day running, doing exercise in from to the TV, yoga , everyday something else because I like to diversify.Those 1200 are composed by lots of salads , fruit, protein-boiled or grilled meat, with veggies.... bla. .At work I have to eat pasta close I…
