anything??!!! one of my biggest goals is to sculpt my abs.. what are the best things for this? Things at gym & things i can do at home are both great!
Im new to this page and looking for some advice.. i am looking to lose some weight & sculpt my abs more. Is Zumba good for this? I just joined the gym and have spent nearly all my time on the treadmill and cycles so im always interested in someone telling me what i should be doing... HELP?!
