Exercise tracker
I really wish they would update and improve the exercise tracker. I can't find half of the exercise classes I do on here and I have no idea how many cals they burn! My interpretation of intensity is probably different then someone else too...so I don't know how to calculate it.

TRX, Zumba, Barre....How do I figure it out?
Hello, I have been taking classes. I can not seem to find or figure how how many calories I am burning. TRX is 45 minutes of strength core, Zumba is 45 minutes of cardio and Barre is 45 minutes of controlled movements for strength as well. I know it would depend on the level of intensity as well but how can I figure this…

Hello! I'm a newb!
I was a sparkpeople.comer and someone told me try MFP and I have to say...I am seriously loving it! So much easier to navigate and track my food and weight! Love the app for Android as well! So happy I switched!:heart:
