I really wish they would update and improve the exercise tracker. I can't find half of the exercise classes I do on here and I have no idea how many cals they burn! My interpretation of intensity is probably different then someone else too...so I don't know how to calculate it.

TRX is 45 minutes of strength core, Zumba is 45 minutes of cardio and Barre is 45 minutes of controlled movements for strength as well.
