insanity on mfp
Hey everyone, I've doing Interval Training for a while but I cain't seem to find in on the mfp exercise board :s I now started with insanity and I cain't find that eather :s Does anyone have the same problem or is it just my bad english :p

Hi everyone!! I'm trying to get a more healty lifestyle but i'm allways falling back into my bad habbits >.> So now I will try to keep track every day! and workout every day! I hope to find some friends here who I can follow and be motivated by ^^ and of course the other way around :)
