pureed veggies as sauces?
I was using an mechanical chopper and accidentally pureed my veggies (apparently that extra 5 seconds took it from nicely chopped to mush. . .). I ended up turning it into a sauce for pasta and it was actually quite nice! I was wondering if anyone else has done this and would be willing to share their concoctions or…

Signed up for it on a whim and have been doing all right, but I'd love to meet MFP some people who are doing it! I'm in week three and am down only about 1.5lbs (mostly because I've just started MFP :) ).
