Are all calories equal?
Protein, carbs, fats, I know a gram of fat is more then a gram of carb, but a single calorie? I hear so many different things I can't keep up, for example protein does not turn to fat, then it does.

Just joined need advice.
I am going away on the 15th April, my goal is to drop 2 dress sizes, baring this goal in mind, am I best to concentrate on cardio till I get to what weight I want to be then introduce some weight training.

What when you can't count calories?
I think the calorie tracker is a great tool, but what about the times when some one else cooks for you, is it best to estimate the calories or if you go to a restaurant I know about choosing healthy option but you dont know the exact amount and this is what I struggle with.
