I have been only drinking straight water throughout my dieting and came across this arizona diet green tea with ginseng. It has zero calories and such but was wondering if its actually good for you to drink? I don't want to hinder my diet in anyway as like I said in the past only been drinking water. Thanks for the help!
I keep finding myself going over my sugar limit everyday when a lot of the time its the FRUIT that has the most sugar. Is this bad to go over when its mostly grapes, bananas, apples ??
