20lb's to lose- friends and support
Hi all, I'm new here, I am hoping to find some friends and get some support to finally shift this 20lb of weight. I'm from the UK and hope to lose 1lb a week to reach my goal by summer. Anyone looking for a bit of support too please let me know.
