If you plug your age and height and DESIRED goal weight into a TDEE calculator theoretically, so long as you stay at or under that caloric number, won't you achieve that goal weight (eventually)? MFP breakdowns - carbs vs. sugars
Can anyone explain to me how myfitnesspal defines carbs vs. sugars. Are the "sugars" the refined sugars? Does this include sugars from things like fruits? Okay, I must be doing something wrong. I have been using MyFitnessPal along with a Fitbit for three consecutive weeks now.
