Hello all! Old, crunchy, fat dude, looking to become a lean, good-looking dude! I go to the YMCA in West Seneca, NY 4-5 times per week, mostly for swimming. I have to do something to get back in shape, so I am trying this site/app. Looking for some friends in my area for mutual support.... Paul
