Food not on MFP list (homemade)
I just made chicken stir fry from scratch. No pre-prepped frozen bags so I really have no idea how many calories I just consumed. I used chicken thighs (5 lbs bag) , celery (one whole bunch), green onions (one whole bunch), and carrots (1 small); I used 1/4 cup of oil to cook it all. From this i only ate a cup. How do you…
