Been going through a lot this last month. My grandmother was placed in hospice before labor day and passed on the 12th. I been depressed and stressed. Coped with overeating and drinking and now my body is paying for it . Gained 12 lbs the last month manage to lose 4 of them last week. I hope everyone else is do better than…
