So, last week i skipped 2 days due to being super sore, and having too much to drink the night before :brokenheart: overall i ate pretty healthy might of slipped once or twice...anyways i decided to start insanity over again this week and take it seriously. Even though last week was a failure :sad: lol it definitely helped…

So my BMR is 1799, i consumed 1981 calories but burned off 1,100 so my remaning was about 800 calories. Im trying to lose about 15 lbs im 5'9 an weigh roughly 158 i want to go back down to 140-145 and lose the dreadful "love handles" between insanity workout (day 2) and cardio at the gym i feel like im burning…

okay, so i found this one of pinterest! made a few last night and they taste amazing! Frozen Strawberries & Yogurt You can make them by dipping strawberries (halved or whole) in Greek Yogurt then putting on a sheet pan lined with parchment or wax paper and freezing.
