What's your favorite thing about MFP?
Mine has got to be the community. I no longer have to feel ashamed or embarrassed that I need to lose weight, and all the motivation is just so fantastic. Just having people work alongside me towards the same goals ROCKS.

Eating enough, on top of exercise...
So i'm really into doing a ton of exercise, and I like to work out about an hour after I eat. The thing is, I eat enough so i'm never hungry, but I still keep it about 1200 calories a day. My butt is already killing me looking at the challenge ahead- but one thing I REALLY want to do is gain a stronger core/upper body. How often do you weigh in, and what time of day?
Also, how often do you take your measurements? I weigh myself weekly, and take my measurements bi-weekly, personally. Just wondering about everyone else's habits!
