I am finding that on exercise days, I just can't seem to eat hardly any of my calories back. Are calories from red wine any better/ worse for you than other calories? Just wondering if I can have a glass or two for some of those calories, or is that worse than other calories?
It is possible that you can plateau if you are not eating enough carbs? I started eating healthy on Jan 1st, but only started here about 2 weeks ago. I lost 10 lbs right off the bat, then 5 more over a week ago. But nothing since. I am pretty sure that I am not eating enough calories- usually have 300 or more left over.…
