HELP! NEW TO IIFYM
I am new to IIFYM and I tried using the IIFYM calculator and all the numbers seemed crazy high and confusing.. I was wondering if someone could take a look at my diary.. I was wondeing can't I still do IIFYM while still eating my alloated 1450 cals and fitting in all my foods that way?
