What's the best weekly routine?
I'm trying to figure out an exercise routine. I work out at home so I'm somewhat limited. I have an elliptical, 3lb weights and 10lbs weights. So would I benefit most from doing my elliptical day 1, then weight training only on day 2, and then alternating this throughout the week? (I do take one day off to rest.)

Anyone use Daily Burn?
Just saw their commerical. $10 a month seems pretty cheap for all the different exercises they offer. I prefer to workout at home and I have a smart tv. Just wondering if anyone uses this - pros/cons?

Greek Yogurt
I don't understand the new craze with this. Am I the only one that hates Greek yogurt? To me it tastes like fruit flavored sour milk. Yuck.

Does time of day matter for exercise?
I usually work out mid morning, halfway in between breakfast and lunch. But would I burn more calories/ fat if I worked out first thing in the morning before any food? I'm usually starving so I can't see myself doing a really good workout on an empty stomach. But I welcome any advice or opinions on this. Thanks!

Getting discouraged....
I've been using my elliptical 30 minutes per day, 4-5 times per week for 4 weeks now. I have barely lost 1 lb. I've been eating healthier and logging all my calories on here for the past 2 weeks. I drink lots of water and overall I'm feeling stronger and healthier. I just don't get why the scale isn't moving???
