I'm looking for a peloton-like app for running on the treadmill. I have AAptiv, which kind of does what I want, but 10 bucks a month for an audio only coach seems really expensive. I want someone to tell me exactly what to do: the incline, speed and duration of the interval. Any recommendations?
I am always over the sugar limit on MFP. I don't eat anything with added sugar, just a lot of fruit. Is that a problem given that they are naturally occuring, or should I be switching to veggies as snacks?
