paddle board yoga
Today I tried paddle board yoga. It was a blast! If you ever get a chance - try it. I have only tried yoga a few times and enjoyed it but this was amazing! Great core work out trying to keep your balance! Had a great time and can't wait to do it again!!!!

Accurate scale
I am looking for an accurate scale. I don't think I need one with the BMI function as I have heard people saying it is not accurate. Any suggestions? I have a fit bit and have thought about the Aria, but not really sure I need all of that. Views or suggestions? Thanks!

Fitbit- which one do you like?
I am thinking about getting a fit it. Which one do you like? Why? Pros and cons? Are they easy to sync? Or would you suggest something else? Mother's Day is coming and I thought it might be a nice idea for my kids to get me one. Lol

New Iphone 5
I just bought a new Iphone and am looking for some apps for running or working out. Anyone know of any that I could download to help me? I, of course, immediately downloaded MFP, and I did download nike running, but thought someone might know of more. I am just getting used to this new phone. Any help would be appreciated!
