I am 65 years old 5 foot 3 170 pounds. Want to be 145. Trying for months. Drink at least 7 glasses of water and work out 3 times a week plus I walk Everyday. Am Always moving. Have just starting eating over the calories. But Nothing even gaining inches. Any Suggestions

I have been using weights and weight exercise machine. I have very flabby arms, And want to get them down. My Son says I well only build muscle not get them smaller.Help!!
