Low carb didn't work for me
So I tried the LCHF thing (70% fat/25% protein/5% carbs) on advice of my trainer. Followed it to the letter. Measured and weighed everything (yes, everything including seasoning, dressing, teas etc...). Counted carbs, fats and proteins and stayed between 10-20g carbs per day.
