Good afternoon. Decided to give MFP another try. Recently started a plant based diet. I've been working out faithfully since 2012. I lost 50 pounds in the first 20 months, put some back on, and am working on losing it again. :-) Life happens. Just want to say hello and introduce myself a bit.
I left MFP several months ago after closing my BB business. I'm now working out with a vengence and so happy to be back here.
So I started in January 2012 trying to lose weight. I did extremely well losing 40 pounds by September 2012. I have put 20 back on and am presently at 220lbs. I guess I just need the motivation and encouragement. I'm a BB Coach and want to set the example for my team.
