When I enter my data for MFP, I always have a negative net, and a remaining calorie intake of around 1400-2000. My calorie goal is 1200. Yes I do eat. But I workout in a sport for two hours a day etc, and it burns it all off. Is that best for weight loss? Or should I eat more food? To make up for what's burned? I'm…
I find myself stuck on good lunch ideas under about 200-300 calories. Usually I opt for a PBandJ sandwich but that gets boring. If anyone is willing to share what has worked for their weight loss goals or low calorie lunch options please share :) ! It's really appreciated. (PS. I'm an athlete. High protein is always nice.)
