Does the amount of weights used in strength training and cardio affect how much weight is lost? My fiance seems to think that I'm not losing weight because I'm using bigger weights now and building muscle. What do you think?

Headaches
I'm getting headaches after workouts....any ideas what could be causing them?

Sugar
I've only had breakfast and I'm already over my sugar for the day! From my skim milk and one serving of jelly. I've cut back to low fat, low cal, low sugar (or sugar free) on most everything I eat. Do I still need to change something I'm doing or should I just let this go?

Which is easier for you?
Is it easier to say no to bad things or to limit yourself??? I find it alot easier to just say no. I don't really feel like I'm depriving myself. I have less restraint to try to control my portions and will end up feeling like I've failed when I eat or drink too much. Just wondering what works for you.

Shoes???
What kind of shoes do you wear while exercising? I get that there are different shoes for running and cross trainers but it seems like for me, there's no happy medium. My feet are killing me! Last night, without shoes, I felt like something is pulled in my arches.
