I just finished a 12 week program with a trainer. I have lost 29 pounds so far and want to keep going. I have a gym membership at Anytime Fitness. I am going to make an appointment to meet with a trainer to show me what to do but I'm just curious what other women do when you go to the gym?

Shoe troubles

Weights for arms...question
I belong to Planet Fitness and love using their 30 minute circuit room. When I am using the machines to work my arms, I want to make sure I don't bulk up. So my question is, what weight should I be using to get lean? Should I be pushing myself to the max limit, or lighter weight?

All or nothing...or in moderation?
I'm an all or nothing kind of person. It's easier for me to totally stay away from anything that is yummy but bad for me than to have them in moderation. I'd like to think this willpower is a strength, but it makes me feel weak because I can't have "just one". Is anyone else like this?

Knowledge is power, right?
I just started a class yesterday that is required for my school and it is Principles of Health and Wellness! I was so excited when I saw my schedule last week! So for the next nine weeks, I will learn stuff that will truly help me! I am beyond excited about this!

What are your trouble zones?
I have lost 3.5 inches (yay, right!?! lol) from my waist and hips, each! But my thighs are keeping me from going down a pants size! I'm going to find some exercises to do daily to help these spots. What areas are you having the hardest time toning down?

So I've had my iPhone for a while but just realized I could download podcasts and audiobooks :embarassed: I like to listen to music while I walk but I think I'd like to hear books or podcasts.....do you like to listen to them? What types do you listen to? What's your fav?

How do you stay motivated? I get bored easy and I've managed to do my Supreme 90 Day workouts for 30 days (I think) but I'm losing steam. Any suggestions?
