After three years of failing every diet I tried and getting burned out during the process because I let it take over my life...the scale is finally moving! I have lost 6 pounds!!!!

I stopped dieting!
I stopped obsessing!
I stopped setting an alarm for a.m. workouts but wake ready for them on my own!
I go to the high school track because during that time, I can clear my mind of troubles.
I am learning to let go of the emotional weight my physical weight has induced.
I tossed my all-or-nothing attitude.
I am practicing more patience, with my family...and with myself.
I do not restrict any foods...but rather, work on making healthy choices....and forgive myself the bad ones.

But most important of all...I am doing all of these things to better the person I am, rather than the body I have. Losing weight is just an awesome side effect of becoming a happier person.
