Gaining weight?
Hello. I am new to this, but I am trying to gain weight. I am 5'2 and weigh 96 lbs. I would like to gain 15-20 lbs of weight and be toned. I have started to work out 3x a week and do 2 miles of cardio a week. A main problem I have is I rarely hit my calories for the day. I keep trying to eat more, but it is very difficult…
