Protien foods.... (snacks)
I'm getting bored of nuts and peanut butter and can't seem to bring myself to eat eggs or meat as a snack. It just doesn't satisfy me. I want something that has next to no carbs and is REALLY low in sugar. Any suggestions. LOL maybe a long shot? hmmm :)

My friend started putting the powder in smoothies and didn't really do anything different and lost 4 lbs last week. Anyone else use it as a detox or metabolism booster? :)

What motivates you?
