I am new to Myfitnesspal
I am enjoying the tracking system, I do pretty well keeping within my calorie range for the day, Night time is the hardest time for me I try to save calories for snacking at night any great ideas out there as I do struggle with wanting to eat more in the evening and don't want to blow my whole day cause of it.....
