I'm looking to lower my blood pressure and cholesterol. Besides hitting the gym 2-3 times a week and drinking mostly water and green tea, I would loooove some low-sodium and low-fat recipes! But I would love recipes that do not include : -eggs -fish -pork Anyone know any recipes? D:
