Ok, so i'm doing the math with myfitnesspal and basically the less you eat the more you lose. I read up about fasting, the good and the bad, it seems like western medicine says it will slow down your body etc... but i'm not so sure, another study with rats said fasting works.. and the rats even lived longer... Any thoughts…
Or more like when i attack cause i'm on a diet.. either way! Taking a crack back at it... want to get down those remaining nagging 10-15lbs... I'm here and ready! Good luck to all those new dieters!!! We can do it!!!! :heart:
