Canned tomatoes are very easy for meals and I like them but....... I noticed the sodium on whole canned tomatoes is through the roof (I assume this sodium is acting as a preservative). If the alternative is whole or diced low sodium canned tomatoes, is there something to be wary of? such as a chemical preservative used…
