Quick question for those of you who have read/followed the program in this book....Did you start lifing when you got to your goal weight or at any point in your weight loss journey? I am 15 lbs away from my 1st goal, so I dont know if I should wait until I reach my goal, or just start right now....Opinions please :smile:
I just started tracking on Friday. I think I'm doing pretty good, but I wanted to get some feed back on what I am eating and maybe some tips if you had any. Thanks for your time folks :)
