Is my workout plan okay?
Hi. I am on a Mission 30 KG till June. I weight 130 KG right now.. On the first of march, I was 132.something.. My daily calorific intake is around 1300-1400 calories, may vary by 1600-1700 somedays.. All my food is clean.. Oatmeals.. Brown rice.. Brown Bread.. toasts etc.. I have already forgotten what was McDonalds,…
