So far I have found that Chipotle has an awesome nutrition calculator on their website so you can play around with their menu to customize a meal suited for your diet. I like their Chicken Salad with black beans, fajita veggies, guacamole and tomato salsa. It hits the spot for a day I am going to put in a lengthy workout.
